A joint research and capacity strengthening programme by Radboudumc and University College London

Our Country Work

We support governments in designing, revising and implementing national health benefit packages. Working closely with ministries of health, national agencies and international partners, we help countries make healthcare coverage decisions that are evidence-informed, transparent and practical to implement.

Our Country Work

Our work is tailored to each country’s needs, available evidence and institutional capacity. We combine Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Evidence-Informed Deliberative Processes (EDPs), costing methods and stakeholder engagement to support priority setting and health benefit package design.

We work alongside ministries of health and national partners throughout the decision-making process—from defining priorities and assessing evidence to designing benefit packages and supporting implementation. We also help strengthen national capacity so that priority setting can become part of routine policymaking.

Where countries need to move quickly, we adapt our methods to support a rigorous process within 6–12 months.

The map below shows countries where we have worked with governments and international partners.
